Religion, Leadership and School Principals; Symbolic Interactionism Perspective

This study aims to analyze the leadership behavior of madrasa principal in internalizing religious values symbolic interactionalism perspective madrasa. research was conducted using a phenomenological type qualitative approach, which researchers used interviews, observations, and documentation obtain data field. The analysis carried out circularly through presentation, reduction, concluding. results showed that from reflected ritual practices as symbols were displayed personally collegially.
